Nice stay with an really good front desk staff who care during your visit

Really good staff. Clean rooms.

Very clean, attractive, new, modern, complete facilities, great HOT breakfast.

They did not know how the booking with you worked. They did not run my card or ask for ID. Said that it was paid by you (Booked.net)....That is not what you said on my print-out the night I booked. I asked them about it twice. I better not get any surprise billings other than the rate that I was quoted. Still waiting to see how that turns out.

They were extremely rude and stated that we - I booked 2 rooms could not get any Hilton privilages. They refused to print a receipt for the stay for my records. I had to have them call Hilton directly to remedy their difficult manner. They said that they were not honoring 3rd party reservations and extending the hilton reward points or privilages. I have used your site for other bookings at Hilton properties and never been treated this way.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed offers plenty of space. The fitness center is adequately equipped, providing enough machines for a decent workout between trips.

The shower tub is alarmingly slippery, likely due to a greasy body wash that needs reconsideration. Furniture and carpeting show noticeable signs of age, with the couch being particularly uncomfortable. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with dirty floors leading to grimy feet after just a bit of walking around.

I book at least 2 rooms every year at Hampton Inn at motel. We have always been happy staying there. We drive 1 hour back and forth to a church meeting because we have always enjoyed Hampton. But this time when we arrived, the hot water was out. We took cold showers the first day and a half, and we're assured that we would receive a discount for the incontinence . When I asked about the discount I was told since I booked my rooms on line I was not eligible for any discount. I feel I that if Hampton is using a booking agency, they are still receiving my money! And I feel that I have been a loyal costumer to Hampton Inn and should have received a discount. I am very dissatisfied with my stay at Hampton this time. I have another engagement in McConb on the 28th & 29th of June, but I have made reservations with another motel. We did not ask for a discount, your attendant offered it so that we would keep our reservations. I realize hot water goes out and I did have a choice to go somewhere else, but If Hampton wants to keep it customers , it must do what they tell the customer that they will do.

Courteous staff, nice beds, nice breakfast

The staff at Hampton Inn were extraordinarily accommodating. My King Studio with a sofa bed was spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect environment for both work and relaxation. Breakfast featured a diverse selection, with hot options like fresh eggs and biscuits.

Unexpected maintenance issues arose .

Booked a room in good condition. The location offered was comfy near Wal-Mart and restaurants and a mall. Also, it was 1 mile from Edgewood Park.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in the business area of this city. The hotel was clean, fresh, and the staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely, very spacious, and decorated very tastefully. The best aspect of the hotel was the location - it was tucked away in a nice area, adjacent to the historic "Inner Temple," which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and ready to assist.

I loved the spacious King Studio with a comfy sofa bed 😊 Staff was super helpful. The only downside was the need for more updates in the common areas.

The staff at the hampton inn were super cute. The front desk team made check-in easy, and the breakfast lady was just good. My room was spacious and comfy, and it was great to start my day with a workout in the fitness center, too!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was super clean and comfortable, and I loved the little details like tissue flowers in the lobby. However, I was disappointed that there were no pens or local guides in my room.
